The Glass You Drink Out Of Matters

Some Of Our Favorite Drinks And The Glasses To Drink Them In

WINE

Something that seems simple yet is so sophisticated and comes in many different styles. There’s red, white, rose and sparkling, some are sweet, some are dry, which then branches into different types of each – merlot, riesling, pinot grigio and sauvignon blanc to name a few. And the most important part comes in – PRESENTATION. The glass you drink in MATTERS. We love a long stem, crystal glass for our wine.

OLD FASHIONED

The best old fashioned features a cherry, an orange peel, one very large ice cube, in a short tumbler style crystal rocks glass.

MARTINI

Lets start with the dirty martini, a fancy drink AND a snack? Talk about perfection. At least 2 blue cheese stuffed olives are a must! Then we have the espresso martini, best with a splash of cream, and the martini glass must have a skinny, dainty stem – no thick stems allowed!

MOJITO

Calling all mint lovers, this is the drink for you! Added bonus when you add in some fresh fruit for heightened flavoring! These are best enjoyed in a tall highball glass, however we’ve seen and tried them in a short lowball glass and they still passed the taste test.

CHAMPAGNE

A stand alone glass of champagne is wonderful – you can even add in a splash of orange juice to make it a mimosa! Best served in a fluted glass, and even a cocktail coupe!

MARGARITA

Whether its house, fruity, spicy or sweet, you can’t go wrong with a margarita! We’ve had these in both a long stem glass and a short low ball tumbler and the vibes were immaculate with both. Heavy salt or sugar on the side of the glass is superb, and having a piece of fruit on the glass rim is always appreciated.

BLOODY MARY

You want a savory drink, and you’re also hungry? Say no more, the bloody mary is for you! The toppings on these are truly endless, you typically have your celery, bacon and lemon wedge – but we’ve seen them served up with cheese cubes, pickled vegetables, deli meats, pickles, shrimp and even crab! Add hot sauce for added spiciness and zest. Best served in a tall crystal or glass tumbler!

FUN COCKTAILS

Not necessarily a name of a drink, but you get the picture. Fun cocktails cover a wide array of drinks, think fruity and colorful AMAZINGNESS – these beauties are best served up in our favorite, a crystal cocktail coupe. You will feel sophisticated and civilized as you sip on your cocktail from a classy cocktail coupe!

BEER

Nothing like an ice cold beer after a long hard day of work! Ditch the can and bottle and treat yourself to a nice, tall pilsner glass or tankard - you deserve it!

COFFEE

Whether you prefer your coffee cold, hot or somewhere right in the middle - there's a glass for your every need! Cold coffee can be sipped in a short or tall tumbler as well as a short stemmed glass if you're feeling fancy, while warm and hot coffee is best served in a crystal handled mug!

WATER

Of course water has to make the list, as it's one of my favorite drinks of choice, and staying hydrated is one of the best things you can do for you body and health! You can drink water out of many different styles of glasses such as short and tall tumblers, but our favorite is a lovely, crystal water goblet - wonderful for allowing the perfect distribution of both ice and water!

ICED TEA

We love them all - unsweetened, sweet, peach, raspberry - you get the picture. Ideally served with a lemon wedge on the rim in a tall glass tumbler or a short stem, elongated glass!
