This aged pair of The Original Suffolk Bread Baker, ideal for baking an English loaf, made by Henry Watson Pottery England, Founded 1800 will look lovely in your space! Perfect for baking your favorite loaf of bread and for use as decor as well! We absolutely love the character its aged look brings! Terracotta is known for being the perfect baking dish, it helps maintain and regulate temperature due to having a thick wall, it doesn’t fluctuate in temperature like a metal pan! It can also be soaked before use to create a soft loaf by cooking with steam. They are dishwasher safe. Made in England from high quality Staffordshire clay. After being pressed, all of their Bread Bakers are fettled, sponged and decaled by hand! Each bread baker measures about 5 1/2 inch deep x 3 inch tall x 8 1/2 inch wide
