Vintage Royal Worcester Arcadia pattern fine porcelain floral covered dish

The crystal lamp is exquisitely cut and sparkles beautifully! Having this vintage item leads me to wonder who originally had it. I wonder if the lamp struck that person the way it immediately called to me when I first saw it.
